The Mondo Verde product line was created by internationally known platform artist Nick Altamore to solve common challenges faced by today’s hair stylists. Nick always believed that you have to rebuild the hair from the cortex to the cuticle (from the inside out). The common practice is to use a conditioner.
Nick found a scientific way to treat the hair from the inside out, not “topically”. He discovered a series of chemicals beneficial to the hair. Sweet Water neutralizes whatever chemicals are left in the hair (cuticle and cortex) from previous chemical services. It lays the cuticle down in its natural state, restructures and strengthens the cotex, bringing back strength and elasticity to the hair.
He also formulated a sealer that seals the cortex and cuticle down. It is called Moisture Maintenance. For extremely abused and damaged hair he developed Solza. Solza needs Sweet Water to penetrate under the cuticle into the cortex. In Solza, the molecular structure is such that when put under the dryer, it grows and becomes part of the hair. It works to keep hair healthy, shiny, and flexible, maintaining proper amount of moisture.
